We offer a shipping rate of €2.50 to customers within the Monaco. Delivery is expected to take 3-5 working days. If you would like your order sooner, we can offer faster delivery please just let us know. However, this will incur higher postage.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

We ship all over the world and shipping to international customers is easy. International delivery rate is €7.50. Please note that delivery to international customers may take longer than 5 working-days.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

If your order contains a pre-order item then these items will be shipped as a whole order once the pre-order item is ready for dispatch. However, if you would like your other items sooner please let us know so we can arrange this. Please be aware this may incur two delivery charges.

If you are unhappy with any products you purchase on this website for any reason – other than any eBook, which cannot, by reason of its nature, be returned – you may return it to us in its original condition within 14 working days and we will provide a full refund.

If the reason for the return is the result of an error by Carob Tree Publishing we will refund the postage costs. To make a return please send back the item securely wrapped, along with your packing slip and a letter giving the reason for return.
